Returns
Eligibility:
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Haircare products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items.
- Gift cards.
- Opened or used haircare products.
Return Process:

Initiate a Return:
- Log into your account on our website.
- Navigate to the "Orders" section and select the order you wish to return.
- Click on "Request Return" and complete the form with the required details.

Prepare Your Return:
- Place the items securely in the original packaging, if available.
- Include the completed return form and a copy of the original invoice inside the package.

Ship Your Return:
- The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Choose a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Ship the package to the return address provided in the return confirmation email.
Restocking Fee:
- A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount for all returned items.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less the 25% restocking fee, and may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
Exchanges

- Ship the package to the return address provided in the exchange confirmation email.
Processing Time:
- Once we receive your exchange, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
- The new item(s) will be shipped, and a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
