At Xsintric1's we want you to love every item you purchase from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
Eligibility for Returns
- Return/Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Swimwear and intimates are final sale and not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
- Sale items, gift cards, and other final sale items are also non-returnable.
- Haircare products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team at support@xsintric1s.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship your item(s) back to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to exchange an item, please process a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
