At Xsintric1's we want you to love every item you purchase from us. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

Eligibility for Returns

  • Return/Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Swimwear and intimates are final sale and not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and other final sale items are also non-returnable.
  • Haircare products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@xsintric1s.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship your item(s) back to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please process a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
